Warehouse Supervisor

Cyrco, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated individual to perform supervisory, clerical, and manual work in receiving, storing, and issuing materials, supplies, and equipment. The employee in this class is responsible for the supervision of a large storeroom stocking supplies, materials, bundling and manually palletizing materials used in cooling tower reconstruction, maintenance, and service work. Work is performed under general supervision of an administrative superior.

Essential duties include:

  • Oversee and/or directly handle the receipt and off-loading of deliveries from suppliers.
  • Pick up and/or deliver materials to various construction sites throughout NC, SC, & VA.
  • Monitor and up-date inventory system through supervision and/or direct participation in maintaining records of storekeeping activity and physical inventories.
  • Supervise and assist other employees in the receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Check tools and equipment in and out of inventory.
  • General upkeep and maintenance of equipment.


Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Graduation from a standard high school or vocational school and experience in the operations of a large central warehouse, including some supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Considerable knowledge of storekeeping and warehousing methods, inventory systems and procedures, including physical inventory and record keeping practices.
  • Capable or proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel spread sheets.
  • Considerable knowledge of a variety of tools, parts, materials, and supplies, particularly as used in maintenance, construction, and mechanical repair work.
  • Ability to supervise the work of others.
  • Ability to make standard arithmetical computations with accuracy.

Project Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Essential duties include:

  • Establish and set project/reconstruction timelines.
  • Monitor project deliverables.
  • Set schedules and directly manage field superintendents and technicians.
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.


Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Cooling Tower Technicians/Carpenters

Seeking experienced cooling tower reconstruction technicians experienced in rebuilding field-erected and factory-assembled cooling towers. Service area is throughout the Mid-Atlantic region including, but not limited to, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee.  Extensive travel is required.

Must be able to pass drug screen, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to travel.

Hourly rate based upon experience and capabilities.

Turret Punch Press Operator/Metal Fabricator

Cyrco, Inc. is seeking motivated and experienced fabricator(s) for fabrication of specialty stainless steel and galvanized steel components. Applicants must be experienced with shearing, punch press operation and forming of components of 14 gauge through 10 gauge materials utilized for cooling tower reconstruction. Must be able to read prints, drawings, convert fractions to decimals and able to set up equipment for appropriate bend deductions and tolerances. Welding experience and capability a plus.

Essential Duties include:

  • Set-up & Operation of Turret Press
  • Perform punching of different materials: stainless steel, galvanized and carbon steel varying metal thicknesses
  • Observe machine operation and detect work defects and machine faults
  • Perform routine maintenance & service
  • Assist with press break forming and shearing of varying material types & metal gauges.

Equipment: 200 ton 12' CNC Durma Shear, 200 ton auto indexing Amada Turret press, 80 ton Amada press, 12' CNC Standard break press.

Must be able to pass drug screen, have transportation, and have a valid driver’s license.

Pay Scale based upon years of experience and capability.

Standard hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday and some weekend work will also be required.
