Cyrco’s culture of SAFETY was recognized by Nucor Steel Berkeley. 

On February 21, 2018, Project Manager Howard Johnson, received the Nucor “Commendation of Excellence” from Nucor Steel Berkeley management in recognition of Cyrco’s “outstanding Safety Performance and Zero Recordable Injuries in 2017”.

When asked about the award, Howard credited the dedication and professionalism of his crew, a supportive management group at Cyrco, and the comprehensive Safety Program lead by Ronda Carrico, OSHA Safety/Training Director.  Howard stated “this award is a continuation of the STAR award Cyrco first received in 2011 for Zero infractions; and overall 13 years of working at Nucor with not as much as a first aid case.”
