In 2006, Cyrco expanded its Manufacturing and Engineering capabilities so that we can now design, fabricate, weld, and surface finish custom made, durable sheet metal stainless steel and galvanized products for our customers. We specialize in one piece orders, low volume fabrications, custom sized stainless steel C-channel, Z rails , stainless and galvanized angle, and. Applications include marine, commercial heavy equipment, specialized truck bumpers, stainless steel deck and beam brackets, covers, & panels.

Equipment includes Amada CNC Turret Press, Standard Industrial 200 Ton 12’ Press Brake, Durma 12’ x 3/8” CNC Shear, Stainless wire Mig weld, Tig, plasma cut.

Primary engineering design work is done in 3-D with AutoCAD Inventor Version 11. 2-D formats such as AutoCAD 2000 can be imported and converted to 3-D. We frequently work directly with our customers to design and fabricate products from hand drawn sketches or verbal descriptions.
