Our technical staff will assist you in developing your need into reality. We specialize in one piece orders, low volume metal fabrication, custom sized stainless steel C-channel, Z rails , stainless and galvanized angle, and. Applications include marine, commercial heavy equipment, specialized truck bumpers, stainless steel deck and beam brackets, covers, & panels.
Our Metal Fabrication Equipment includes Amada CNC Turret Press, Standard Industrial 200 Ton 12’ Press Brake, Durma 12’ x 3/8” CNC Shear, Stainless wire Mig weld, Tig, plasma cut.
Primary engineering design work is done in 3-D with AutoCAD Inventor Version 11. 2-D formats such as AutoCAD 2000 can be imported and converted to 3-D. We frequently work directly with our customers to design and fabricate metal products from hand drawn sketches or verbal descriptions.
